I have just finished my 3-mile workout, the clip of the said video is posted on my previous post. Although, i highly doubt it did much to my workout as indulged myself with some home-made churros.

Churros or Mexican fritters are a simple combination of flour, egg and water that is deep-fried in (well duh) OIL. It is exactly what i am trying to avoid during these times, but since my husband has been craving for one, i looked for recipes online and decided to try making them myself.
I didn't have the exact measurement of the recipe, nor was i able t take a picture of my finished product, but everybody said it was good, so i guess, i can confidently make some more in the future.
Anyway, it is great that i have finally started working out, and i do commend myself for sticking for 45 minutes, but i do wish and pray that i would be consistent this time. While doing a leg raise, i keep on wincing in pain as i try to bring my leg up. It only means one thing: my left knee is in bad shape. I know, i did it to myself and i hope it is not too late. I have nobody to help nor do i have anyone to blame but myself.
As of this writing, i still don't have a clear picture of how i want my blog to be. I don't wish to restrict my writing to only a single topic or theme. So i will just type down random events and escapades. My life is a bore, but i know my inner self has so much to say, so yeah... This is going to be fun. :)

Tomorrow i will be weighing myself and will post it here to keep track of my progress. I wish i had the confidence to take pictures of myself, too. One step at a time.
